3. Exhibitor Zone

All our Exhibitors will have access to an exhibitor zone, this enhanced and interactive feature not only carries your company details all year round, including live email and weblinks, and can be updated whenever you choose.

Get noticed online...
The exhibitor list is the most visited page after the home page, so make the most of your online profile, and quickly target prospective industry buyers.

Complete your free online profile so buyers can:

• Read about your latest news

4. Invite your customers

A personalised invitation from you to your customers means that you will see the people that matter most to your business. Research has shown that visitors are more likely to come to the show if they’ve been invited by an exhibitor.

5. Remind your customers

Remember that mailings should be sent out at least six weeks in advance of the show, with a follow-up email a few weeks later reminding your customers to register on line.

Haven’t got the time? We can do it for you simply sarah.palmer@ubm.com and we will mail your clients free of charge.

6. Get Connected

Make use of our free Download Centre for logos, banners, pictures and stationery which you can use for free to advertise the show to your clients. Put them on your emails, website with a link to www.kbb.co.uk encouraging your clients to register online.

7. Tell us your news

Send us your news stories, press releases and photos for inclusion in our external mailings and PR campaigns. Email andrea.moseley@ubm.com

8. Sponsorship

kbb visitors are pro-active rather than passive recipients of your sales and marketing messages. They make a conscious decision to attend, and set aside valuable time to do so. Many are specifiers and influencers who it might otherwise be impossible for your company to identify. Sponsorship at kbb gives you the opportunity to shout about your brand to this carefully targeted business audience. It’s an unbeatable way to represent your business both in our pre-show marketing and at the event. Click here to find out more.
