Space Only Stands

We would like to remind exhibitors that stand spaces must be left completely clear and free of rubbish after breakdown. As above, costs for any abandoned items will be charged back to the relevant exhibitor after the show. In order to ensure charges are not issued unnecessarily we ask that all exhibitors and appointed contractors report to the Organisers Office prior to departure for a Floor Manager to sign off your stand space.  Anyone not doing this is liable for any charges raised by the Organisers after the event.

There will be a considerable number of vehicles all trying to access the halls at the same time on Wednesday evening and space is limited.  Please be patient and co-operate with the Traffic Marshals at all times.  Please also do not bring your vehicles down to the hall until you are ready to load and then remove it as swiftly as possible to prevent unnecessary congestion.

Any vehicles wishing to access the loading bays should register at Car Park N12 from 08:00am.

Access to the loading bays are first come first served, vehicles will be put into a queue and will be able to come into the hall as soon as space becomes available.
